By accessing or using ArxDura services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Description of Service

ArxDura provides automated S3 bucket hardening, compliance verification, and deployment services through AWS infrastructure automation. We offer four pricing tiers: T0 ($720), T1 ($2,160), T2 ($3,960), and T3 ($7,200), with additional a la carte options available.

3. Your Responsibilities

Provide accurate AWS account credentials and configuration information
Maintain security of your AWS environment
Ensure you have authorization to harden your S3 buckets
Backup important data before deployment
Review and approve deployment plans when applicable

4. Payment Terms

Payment is processed through Stripe Checkout. By completing payment, you authorize ArxDura to perform the selected tier of services. All fees are non-refundable except as specified in our Refund Policy.

We offer a loyalty rewards program with discounts of 10%, 15%, and 20% for repeat customers.

5. Service Delivery Timeline

Service completion times vary by tier:

T0: 15-30 minutes (assessment + basic hardening)
T1: 30-45 minutes (hardened deployment + verification)
T2: 45-60 minutes (compliance强化 + additional features)
T3: 60-90 minutes (enterprise governance + multi-account)

6. Limitation of Liability

ArxDura shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

7. Client Collaboration

ArxDura complements existing security consultants and does not replace them. We encourage collaboration with your current security team to ensure your specific compliance needs are met.

9. Modifications to Terms

ArxDura reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Upon modification, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms of Service.
